Services

Your project.
The right perspective.

Architectural stills, animation and interactive views, shaped around what you need to communicate and who needs to see it.

Architectural still images.

Show the overall architecture, explain an interior or focus attention on a material detail. We create exterior, interior and aerial visualizations for design presentations and property marketing.

  • Residential developments, homes and shared amenities
  • Hospitality, retail and workplace interiors
  • Selected hero views or a coordinated image set

360° virtual tours.

Give viewers control of the viewpoint. Our browser-based panoramas let people look around a space on desktop or mobile, making a useful companion to still images.

Tell us which spaces need a panoramic view and where the tour will be shared. We’ll agree the views, delivery and any embedding requirements with you.

A little more capacity.
When you need it.

Already have a visualization team? We can discuss additional production support for a particular project or busy period, working from your brief and visual references.

Architectural animation.

Bring the camera through a space, follow a facade or introduce a development in a short film. We build the sequence around your audience, with lighting and movement that support the design.

Films can sit alongside stills in a presentation, on a project website or within a property campaign.

A clear process.
Room for your input.

The scope, schedule and review stages are agreed before production begins.

Define the views

Send your drawings or model, references, intended use and deadline. We confirm deliverables, fee and schedule.

Review the image

Check composition and geometry in a clay draft, then review lighting and materials. Consolidated feedback keeps decisions clear.

Refine and deliver

We apply the agreed revisions and prepare final files in the formats and resolution specified for your project.

Scope first.
A clear quote next.

The number of views, model readiness, level of detail and deadline all affect the fee. We quote against an agreed brief so you know what is included.

A first commission can be a single paid image with a defined scope. Animation and other visualization needs can be discussed separately.

Send your brief ↗

Before we begin.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

The project type, number and type of views, intended use and deadline. A drawing or model, a reference image and a short description help us assess the scope. You can share a file link or send files after our first reply.

Can you work with our existing 3D model?

Yes. Tell us which format you have. We work with inputs such as DWG, Revit and SketchUp and review what can be used before confirming any modelling work in the quote.

How long does a project take?

Still-image projects typically take 5–10 business days once the brief and inputs are ready. Complexity, the number of views and review timing affect the schedule. We confirm timing for your particular project before starting.

How do revisions work?

We show clay drafts before developing materials and lighting. A typical scope includes up to two revision rounds. The proposal defines the review stages and how changes to the original brief will be handled.

Can we share confidential project information?

We can arrange an NDA before you send sensitive material. Mention this in your initial enquiry so we can agree the next step.

What will we receive?

Still images can be supplied as JPEG, PNG or TIFF in the agreed resolution. For tours, we agree the web delivery and embedding requirements as part of the brief.

What are you working on?

A single image, a series of spaces or a virtual tour. Tell us what you need to show and when you need it.
